Equipment for re-use of wash water

Our water treatment range includes first of all water treatment and recycling solutions to promote the responsible use of water in your car wash facility. Recyclers for reuse, and devices for degrading chemicals and retaining hydrocarbons before they are released.

Today, we are able to recycle up to 100% of the water from the vehicle’s exterior wash and obtain the highest quality for its later reuse in all wash stages, including osmosis in the final finish, where fresh water is traditionally used.

Moreover, with our hydrocarbon separation and retention technologies we were able to reduce the presence of hydrocarbons in the water by 94% before it was released or reused.

Equipment for supply water adequacy

You need to know the origin of the water you use in your car wash facility and how good it is. We recommend that you carry out a pre-analysis to find out all the parameters of the water that may affect poor wash quality. Good pre-treatment in the supply water will prevent problems with vehicle and nozzle precipitation.

Pre-treatments allow us to tailor the quality of the wash facility’s incoming water, to improve the durability of the equipment, keep it in good condition, obtain a quality wash and ultimately provide a better service to your customers.

Within this line are the decalcifiers, dechlorators, iron removers… It also includes the demineralisers for obtaining high-quality water for use in the rinsing stages of the vehicle wash, thanks to the osmosis membranes, which remove large quantities of minerals. With a salinity of less than 50 ppm in the produced water, the finish of the vehicle will be free from stains.

Sanitisation

We also have equipment to disinfect any type of water stored in tanks to prevent fungus and bacteria growth and make your installation completely safe.

Our sanitising chemical dosing panels enable dosing of the right amount of product for correct disinfection of stored water, be it recycled, grid or osmosis water, making it optimally preserved, preventing the growth of bacteria, algae and odours in tanks and in the facility, as well as Legionella prevention.
